Send Press Kits to the Media Center
The top trade publications, consumer magazines, and newspapers all attend the High Point Market to discover
the newest products and trends. What they find here is featured in articles across the globe for months after each
Market. When you send your press kits to the High Point Market Media Center, you get your message into the
right hands and have a better opportunity to gain valuable press coverage. It’s easy and it’s FREE!
Here is all you need to know:
- A minimum of 50 kits is recommended for smaller companies. Larger companies should send about 100.
- All press kits arriving by 5pm on April 19 will be displayed in alphabetical order in the Media Center
throughout Market. Press kits received after the deadline will be placed on the late-arrival shelves in the
order received.
- You may deliver the kits in person between 9am and 5pm on April 18 and April 19.
- If you ship the kits to the address below, enclose a packing slip download.
- If you want leftover kits returned to you, you must supply a FedEx
account number. You may also pick up leftover kits from the Media Center between 9am and 5pm on April 26.
Leftover kits that are not picked up will be recycled.
The deadline for submitting press kits to the High Point Market Media Center is 5pm on Thursday, April 19, 2012.
