Buyer Steps:

1. Check your dates: Go to Market Dates to check the exact dates of the upcoming Market.
2. Register to attend the show: Go to Registration and follow the online directions to obtain your Market Pass from the High Point Market Authority or call 336-869-1000 or toll free at 800-874-6492. You will need to provide your tax id number and proof that you are within the home furnishings trade. Registration is free.

3. Secure Airline Reservations: Go to Travel Arrangements and link to the airline of your choice or get the number to call to check rates and flight availability. Don't forget to use the reference number given to get airfare discounts.
4. Hotel Reservations: Go to Travel Arrangements to search over 100 hotels in the Triad area. Check availability, pricing and location. After processing the referral you have submitted, the hotel will confirm your reservation for Market. If you have not heard from the hotel within the time posted on the site please call the property to ensure your referral has been received.
5. Ground Transportation: Shuttles are provided FREE of charge to and from Market and over 100 hotels in the area. Go to Transportation for maps, check routes and times. No ticket required. We recommend that you take advantage of these services to avoid high rental car prices and parking challenges.
6. Plan Your Trip: Go to the Market Planner page and create a Market Plan. Now you can add exhibitors to your plan as you visit the Exhibitor Listing to find exhibitors you would like to visit while in High Point. Also, consult the Downtown Showroom Shuttle maps to see the most time efficient route.
7. When you arrive in High Point. The Market Authority provides a variety of free shuttle services for your convenience. If you drive in check out our Park and Ride Lots both north and south of the downtown. Once you have reached the Market Transportation Terminal you can access the Downtown Showrooms Shuttles for destinations within the downtown or Go-Anywhere Shuttles to take you to showrooms outside of the central business district.

2. Find Space to Lease: Go to Showroom Leasing Options to locate multi-tenant buildings in High Point who may have show space available. Call or email the contact person listed to find out rental rates and other details. The leasing agent from the building you select will help with obtaining your exhibitor passes, getting your name in the necessary publications and arrange your product delivery.

4. Hotel Reservations or Private Home Rentals: Go to Accommodations to search over 100 hotels in the Triad area. Check availability, pricing and location. After processing the referral you have submitted, the hotel will confirm your reservation for Market. If you have not heard from the hotel within the time posted on the site please call the property to ensure your referral has been received. Private Home rentals are handled by the companies listed under accommodations. You must contact them directly to lease a home. Website links are given to allow you to compare pricing.

6. When you arrive in High Point. The Market Authority provides a variety of free shuttle services for your convenience. If you drive in check out our Park and Ride Lots that run every 8-10 minutes from 6:30am until 10:00pm from Saturday prior to Market at the South Lot and Sunday at the North Lot until closing the following Sunday.
