FAST-MOVING A.R.T. DEBUTS NEW, MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR SHOWROOM

A.R.T. Furniture is on the move this Fall, straight into a brand new, 40,000-square-foot showroom in Plaza Suites that will be completed just in time for Market. All are invited to wish company executives well at a special ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception scheduled for 4 p.m. on Monday, October 1 that will officially open the doors to the fabulous new showroom and what officials say will be a new phase of growth for the company.

Formerly housed in a 28,000-square-foot showroom in Market Square, "This new expanded showroom in Plaza Suites puts us in the heart of the High Point Market and provides us enough space to show our expanding lines of product," says Ed Grund, president of A.R.T. Furniture. "Plaza Suites is a buying destination for Top 100 retailers who are our core customers, so this will be a natural location for our customers to find us at Market."

A.R.T. Furniture offers originally designed collections encompassing bedroom, dining and occasional pieces in styles that range from the elegant transitional to classical traditional. Since its inception in 2003, the company has quickly become known for quality features like English dovetail construction and 20 to 14-step processing, short lead times and lower inventory investments.
