C&D CELEBRATES!

The C&D Building, located at the corner of Commerce & Elm, is celebrating its 20th Anniversary this Market with a week-long celebration full of special events, delicious treats and plenty of surprises planned for Market guests.

Buyers are invited to begin each day at C&D (short for Commerce & Design) with a complimentary breakfast in the C&D Bistro on the fifth floor. And every afternoon, between 4 and 6 p.m., there will be savory hors d'oeuvres, wines and scrumptious gourmet cupcakes served up in various locations throughout the building. The building is also playing a key role in City of Hope Night at High Point Market, by designating its Wednesday evening event to benefit the leading research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases with hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer, champagne and plenty of cupcakes for visitors from 4 to 6 p.m., as well as a collection site for contributions.

Along with nine floors and some 200 lines of stylish furnishings and accessories, C&D provides free internet lounges with wireless access on six different floors, and for the young at heart, a new Wii™ Relax and Play lounge on the seventh floor, where buyers can enjoy complimentary refreshments and a little friendly competition while trying their hand at in the interactive Wii™ games.
