Lance Nolder founded Saddlemans, originally Saddlemans of Santa
Fe, in 1992. Recognizing the market demand for quality leather hides,
he began selling directly out of his three retail boutique locations and
instantly received an unwavering response of support. It became
apparent that there was a larger need for high quality hides, and thus
began the expansion to wholesale and the Design Trade throughout
the United States. The collection is developed with the best European
machinery and solutions, producing a supple, shiny, generously sized
natural product. Saddlemans is now the leading branded hair-on-hide
supplier in the country and has grown to include home accessories and
custom hide rugs.
Since the inception of Saddlemans, the vision has consistently stayed
true to creating a line of natural and fashion-forward hair-on-hide
products, while maintaining the highest of standards. By always going
the extra mile through a hands-on presence in the tanneries and hand
selecting each and every hide, we provide our customers the
confidence that Saddlemans quality is unparalleled in the market.
Saddlemans goal is to take the uncertainty out of purchasing a natural
product. Saddlemans strives to give our customers confidence in the
