Inspiring Finds At Fall Market

Members of Coastal Living, Southern Living, and Sunset’s Designer Network reveal stunning showrooms

Design inspiration and curated showrooms are what makes High Point Market so unique. This past October, members of the Coastal Living, Southern Living and Sunset Designer Network took to the streets of Market to find the perfect pieces for their upcoming projects. We have interviewed four designers to find out what caught their eye while shopping – and the pieces they can’t live without.

Hands down our favorite Market stop was Suzanne Kasler's beautiful showroom for Hickory Chair. This clever pairing of traditional twin beds was beautifully accented by clean linens and sleek accessories. It was the perfect collected look without being overdone – absolutely gorgeous!

Another favorite stop at Market is Mr. & Mrs. Howard – their showroom did not disappoint. We loved this dining set up featuring a traditionally lined table and chairs kept fresh by more modern fixtures and wallpaper.

Market would not be complete without visiting Georgia-based Tritter Feefer. This dining table – its clean lines and sleek profile – make it a perfect addition to any scheme, whether they be traditional or modern. The ability to customize finish and size are also huge pluses making this one of our favorite Market finds.

Christi Barbour

Four days of shopping the streets of High Point Market turned up countless and amazing products we plan to use on future projects. One of our favorite finds is this new chair from Mr. Brown Home. We were seriously crushing on this chair so we were thrilled to find out it is made of resin which means this beauty can be used indoors or out! Outdoor living room design in progress!

Dana Wolter

I'm always looking for simple floor lamps and this golden jewel from Regina-Andrew is a great one. I like that it has a bit of a modern look, so I see it being used in a more casual space.

Hooper Patterson

I found this wallcovering – Daintree from the Thibaut Gatewood collection – at Market and it is going up as I type this in.

The corner of this coastal living room is perfect for reading. The Pierre Floor lamp from Bliss Studio added a fun twist to the space.

This Stray Dog chandelier, shown in the Stanley Furniture showroom, is going to get a custom coat of coral paint and is headed to a beach house dining room.

The Seychelles Coco chandelier by Palecek will be going in a beach house near Figure Eight Island in the client's living room.
