It's 6:00 p.m. at the High Point Market. Furniture buyers from around the world are streaming out of the showrooms to get ready for their evening entertainments. As they make their way down the main promenade, Michael Jackson's "Beat It" cranks up in the background. Suddenly, a lone dancer steps out to show off some dazzling steps and spins. People stop, point, watch and smile. Another dancer jumps in, then another. Before long, a dozen leaping, swirling, high-kicking hoofers have transformed the walkway into a stage -- and Flash Mob has energized another unsuspecting crowd with one of their increasingly famous, dynamic, tightly choreographed surprise performances.
