Branch Home was founded by two friends and colleagues, now partners in design—Amanda Branch Covington and Amit Kochhar. Together, they branched out to create a lifestyle brand, curating it piece by piece and leaving their mark on the home furnishings world through materials, forms, and details we all love. The Branch point of view is fresh and always in motion. As the name suggests, Branch is about sophisticated, handcrafted collections that create something new while embracing the journey of discovery. Amanda generally ignites the design process, reinventing traditional forms with distinctive finishes and subtle details inspired by runway fashion, architecture, nature, travel, art, and everyday life. Amit knows how to turn those ideas into reality, expertly pairing designs with the right production resources to bring each piece to life. He is the master of juggling and balancing the business, wearing many hats—even design…shhh! In June 2025, Branch Home Designs expanded its story with the acquisition of Bliss Studio, bringing the two brands together under one home. The Bliss Studio collection now lives alongside Branch Home Designs, with pieces available through our website and showcased in our High Point showroom. The addition of Bliss builds upon our shared appreciation for distinctive design, craftsmanship, and collected interiors, while bringing even more depth to the Branch Home offering.
