Mapping the Nervous System of a Project
Educational EDGE34, 1700 W. Green Dr. Neighborhood: Other Shuttle Stop: 0 (Go-Anywhere Shuttle)
What if designers could anticipate the moments when a project is most likely to become stressful—and know how to redirect them before tension takes over? Leading neuroaesthetics authority, Nicole Baxter leads an interactive workshop exploring how designers, clients, and professional partners respond to stress during a project. Participants learn to map the nervous system of a project, identify specific triggers and recognize when anxiety or reactivity is building. Then explore practical strategies to interrupt those patterns and shift the experience before tension escalates. The result is a new way to navigate challenging moments, strengthen relationships, and guide projects toward greater ease, collaboration, and a beautiful outcome.
