GJ Styles

For over 40 years, GJ Styles has built its business around furniture and objects with character, history, and a point of view. Founded by Glyn and Jill Styles in Leominster, England in 1985, GJ Styles moved to High Point in 1997 and became known for authentic European-inspired furniture and antique reproductions. Today, the collection has grown well beyond its roots. Reclaimed wood furniture, leather seating, vintage Turkish rugs, lighting, mirrors, petrified wood, architectural and marine-inspired pieces, and unusual objects from around the world fill our permanent High Point showroom. Some pieces are reproductions. Some are made from materials that have already lived a life. Some are simply things we found and couldn't resist. In 2024, Doug Diemoz acquired GJ Styles from founders Glyn and Jill Styles. His career in the home furnishings industry includes senior leadership roles at Crate & Barrel, Williams-Sonoma, Restoration Hardware, and Pier 1. Today, GJ Styles remains independently owned and based in High Point, continuing the business Glyn and Jill started more than 40 years ago.
