The New Rules of Color: Hosted by Unique Kitchens & Baths

Educational Unique Kitchens & Baths, 313.Space, Floor 2 Neighborhood: Centennial Wrenn South Shuttle Stop: 2 (Green Line)

Color is back — but the rules have changed. Hosted by Unique Kitchens & Baths, designers Dawn Heuer, Amy Zolin, and Kristin Harrison join Chasing Paper founder Elizabeth Rees to discuss what feels fresh, what's starting to feel tired, and how clients are getting bolder (or not) in the rooms they live in daily. Moderated by House Beautiful's Carisha Swanson, the panel digs into the shifting definition of "neutral," the tension between timelessness and personality, how regional style and social media shape our tastes, and what happens when a designer's instincts collide with a client's comfort zone. Expect strong opinions and an honest take on where color and pattern are headed next. Afterward, join us at the UKB showroom for a light brunch.

Educational Unique Kitchens & Baths, 313.Space, Floor 2 Neighborhood: Centennial Wrenn South Shuttle Stop: 2 (Green Line)

This discussion explores how the definition of luxury has shifted, from status and price point toward authenticity, craftsmanship, and intention, and what that evolution means for the way designers and brands communicate value to today's clients and customers. Interior Designer Molly Kidd discusses alongside Everhem’s Haley Weidenbaum, District Loom’s Heather Cade, and luxury builder Ethan Kennon of Kennon Construction the role of craftsmanship in a mass-luxury market and how to educate clients on the evolution of luxury, moderated by RUE Magazine’s Principal and Editorial Director, Kelli Lamb. Following the panel, attendees are invited to the Unique Kitchens & Baths showroom for a light lunch.
