A light-filled curated market experience set in a historically restored 155,000 sq ft 20th century mill, surrounded by gardens and outdoor spaces, and just a 5 minute walk from IHFC. Conceived by Rudi Nijssen and Dominique Sente, the visionary couple behind antiques market and lighting brand Collected by Schwung, this state-of-the-art facility showcases a new curated market experience with an unparalleled blend of outdoor luxury, sustainability, antique dealers, and cutting-edge design. "We envision 313 Space as an antithesis to the typical market building," said Rudi, co-founder of Schwung. "Our goal is to create an environment that not only showcases exceptional products, but also provides an inspiring experience for visitors." We've curated a mix of 70 designers and brands with a shared ethos to exhibit in our unique space. Additionally, Schwung Home, occupies the majority of the first floor, joined by Dedon's US Headquarters, and are open year-round. FALL DATES 10/14- 10/20 9:00AM- 6:00PM We always open early on the first Wednesday before market. Join us at 8:00 AM for early bird breakfast, get first dibs on the best antiques and make pre-market appts with your favorite vendors ahead of the crush.
