Our online submission form is now closed for new companies. If you'd like to apply for approval onsite, please visit one of our registration locations upon arrival with the documentation outlined below.
Who's Eligible?
Members of the home furnishings industry including factoring companies, manufacturers not exhibiting in High Point, trade association execs, advertising/ marketing/public relations, consultants, companies providing services to High Point Market exhibitors, suppliers of fabric, springs, foam, furniture finishes, etc.
Registration Dates:
New Company Application closed April 18 at 5pm ET.
Pre-registration ends April 23 at 11:59pm ET
Onsite domestic registration opens April 24 at 7am ET *fee applies
Onsite international registration opens April 25 at 7am ET *fee applies
To apply for approval onsite, please present the following credentials at a registration location listed below:
- Using company letterhead, provide a brief description of your company and reason for attending
- Business Card
- Company’s complete mailing address
- Photo ID (e.g. current driver’s license, company ID, state identification card)
Registration locations:
All 4 entrances to IHFC, Showplace, Suites at Market Square,
Market Square (High Street), C&D, 220 Elm, Centers of
High Point - Hamilton, Plaza Suites, Furniture Plaza.
To register onsite for international, please present the above credentials at the International Buyers Center, located in the High Point Theatre in the Transportation Terminal.
Additional Information: If you are requesting a letter of invitation to obtain a U.S. Visa, a copy of the identification page of passport is required. Letters of invitation can only be issued once the registration process is completed. Most U.S. Consulates accept a digital PDF format for letters of invitation, however, if you require the original copy, shipping will be at your own cost and will require a UPS, DHL or FedEx company account number. Please allow at least five business days for processing. Deadline was March 21, 2025, for letter of invitation requests. Please send your request to international@highpointmarket.org.
Pass Fees: Industry passes were $55 each during pre-registration, which ended on April 23 at 11:59pm ET, and $85 each during Market, which began with onsite registration opening on April 24. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Payment is accepted via credit card only.
High Point Market is open to the trade only. Individual exhibitors determine access to their showroom. Children under 15 years old are not allowed at High Point Market. Service dogs are the only animals permitted. No photography unless permission is granted by building or exhibitor.
